Greenstead House provides purpose built Student Accommodation for students of The University of Essex. Located to the East of Colchester town centre it is approximately 1 mile/15 minutes walk from the University campus at Wivenhoe.
Greenstead House was built by the University of Essex although has been privately owned since August 2003.
The extensive complex offers various sized rooms ranging from Single to Double sized rooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Each of the flats are equipped with a hoover, ironing board, iron, kettle, cooker, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, extractor and microwave. Food storage cupboards are provided in the kitchens and black rubbish sacks and toilet rolls are supplied.
Greenstead house is in extreme ideal location situated directly opposite Tesco, the main supermarket which all students use. The road outside Greenstead house is also on a major bus route which connects the University of Essex to Colchester Town.
The complex provides a friendly and secure environment to live implementing many security features. A laundry room is also available for your use.
Groups of 5,6, and 7 people are welcome, subject to availability.
